What things do I need to do before storing my RV?

Make sure to take the following steps:

Turn off propane.
Disconnect the battery using the quick disconnect.
Use wheel chocks to secure the RV.

We also suggest the following:

Remove perishables and open fridge/freezer.
Fill toilet with water and leave the lid open.
Use tire covers to protect tires.
Ensure battery is disconnected and propane is turned off.

What paperwork do I need?

You will need the following paperwork:

Proof of Identity (License, Passport, State ID, Military ID, or Student ID).
Registration.
Insurance.
Signed lease.

What payment do you accept?

We suggest setting up autopay through your bank. However, we do accept the following payment methods:

How do I reserve a spot?

Your spot is reserved when payment is received. You can move in once we have the following:

Signed lease.
Copy of your license.
Copy of your registration.
Copy of your insurance.

Insurance—Do I need it?

While we suggest you carry insurance for your RV, we do have a waiver available for those who are uninsured.

I don't have current registration

If you don’t have current registration, we can accept the following documents:

Title
Bill of sale
Any other document that proves ownership

I don't have a truck to move it
